All Diamond Plates Pits share the same quality construction and materials:
All new steel construction. Smoke chambers and fireboxes are made from 3/16” cold rolled steel with single piece 3/16” diamond plate steel walls. The trailer is formed from a strong solid steel frame that is built around the smoker. Not your stationary smoker mounted on a utility trailer. These pits tow straight and smooth. The cooking shelves are made of solid angle iron and expanded metal. A very strong and removable fire basket is standard equipment. Solid diamond plate steel doors, fully trimmed with solid slide latches.

The "Caterer" Water Pan / Charcoal Tray Option:

Large solid steel pans are positioned between the firebox and the lower cooking racks. When smoking you fill these pans with water to create a moist cooking enviroment and keep your temps level. For grilling, fill them with charcoal and start cooking.
